UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Welcomes UVM Nurse Practitioner Students
Our UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Adult Day Program at Grand Way in South Burlington welcomes Nurse Practitioner students this fall from the UVM College of Nursing and Health Sciences. This relationship will enhance advanced practice nurse student learning and provide enrichment to our staff and clients. Our Adult Day staff is delighted to work with the students and to share their successful approaches in caring for clients with memory impairment.
