VNA’s Hospice and Palliative Care Program cordially invites you, your family and friends to attend our 28th annual Memorial Service on Sunday, November 13, at 3 pm at First Unitarian Universalist Society, 152 Pearl Street, Burlington.

There will be an opportunity during the program to light a candle in memory of your loved one. A reception will follow the service.
