Learn about all our program has to offer at three convenient locations in Colchester, South Burlington and Essex Junction. At this open house, you can tour our newest location and get the chance to talk to staff and participant families about the program. And you can find out how your loved one can spend a free day with us at one of our sites.

Today’s UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Adult Day Program offers:
- A safe, home-like setting and home-cooked meals
- Social, recreational and therapeutic activities tailored to the individual
- Nursing oversight, including medication administration
- Personal care services upon request
- Essential support and respite to family caregivers
