VNA’s Hospice and Palliative Care Team invites you to a special community Open House of the new McClure Miller UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Respite House, located at 3113 Roosevelt Highway (Route 7 North) in Colchester.
During this special event, you’ll learn more about the new Respite House and you will be able to tour around the new residence.
The Open House will be held
Monday, September 12, 2016
between 4:30 and 7:30 pm.
