The UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice is happy to announce we are opening a new Adult Day Program location in Essex Junction, located at 25 Pinecrest Drive, on December 2, 2015.

Our new program location is larger and is designed to accommodate our traditional day program.

Today’s UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Adult Day programs:

  • Help manage chronic illnesses or disability
  • Delay moves to assisted living or nursing homes
  • Offer essential support and respite to family caregivers
