Private Care
The VNA’s Care Connection program provides a wide range of personal and medical home health care services. Our personally designed services include companionship, in-home health care, geriatric care management and private duty nursing services. Care Connection can help people supplement services covered by their health insurance policies – and help them get the care they need when and where they need it most.

We strive to match the needs and preferences of clients with the most appropriate caregivers. Our caregivers work together with clients and families to help our clients maintain their independence.
Our Care Connection staff includes:
- Home care providers
- Licensed nursing assistants
- Nurses
- Other licensed professionals
All Care Connection caregivers are carefully screened, trained, bonded and covered by Workers’ Compensation. Caregivers are supervised by nurses who monitor and evaluate their work to make sure they are meeting the highest standards of quality. And regular training sessions continually upgrade the knowledge and skills of our staff.
Services are typically paid for privately by clients or their family members. Although Medicare and Medicaid do not pay for Care Connection Private Care services, long-term care insurance policies often do.
