Adult High Tech
This VNA Medicaid program is designed to allow technology-dependent individuals, both children and adults, to live in their own homes. With case management and nursing shift care, families may be able to manage some very complex care needs.
This program also provides support and relief for families of adults who need technical support and who require skilled nursing to be at home.
