Adult Day Program Locations
The VNA’s Adult Day Services are available at four locations around the area.
- Prim Road in Colchester
- Falcon Manor in Williston
- Grand Way Commons in South Burlington
- Fanny Allen Campus at the PACE site
Our newest Adult Day Program site is located at Grand Way Commons, 412 Farrell Street, South Burlington. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (802) 862-6610
Our Adult Day Program in Colchester is located in Malletts Bay in the VNA’s building, 1110 Prim Road, Colchester. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (802) 860-4458
Our Williston Adult Day Program is located at 180 Falcon Manor at Blair Park, Williston. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (802) 878-7885
VNA Adult Day Program participants may also choose to receive adult day services through a collaborative relationship with the new PACE center on the Fanny Allen campus.
