Private Care Services
Our VNA’s Private Care services help you with everyday tasks and responsibilities to make living at home possible. We begin by listening to your needs and getting to know you and your family. Our in-home support services can start with just a couple of hours a week to provide companionship and help with light housework. Our trained care providers will continually be focused on your needs and will adjust the care and services we provide to your changing health conditions or unique situations.
In home care
Even if you are still undecided about what type of support you need, our registered nurse will meet with you in your home to create a care plan and discuss any questions you may have. We will work with you and your family to identify the support you need to ensure a safe and high quality of life at home, including:
- Transportation for errands, shopping, medical appointments and social engagements
- Light housekeeping, laundry
- Meal preparation
- Personal care and bathing
- Companionship and socialization
- Respite care to provide a break for another caregiver
- Medication reminders
- Vacation/trip coverage
We also provide Care Management services to help families manage complex situations or to find and arrange care for a loved one.
Your complete home care team
While your day to day needs are most often met by our home care providers, our staff is available 24/7 should an unexpected situation arise.
Depending upon your specific needs, in-home care is provided by:
- Skilled and trained home care providers
- Licensed nurse assistants
- Registered nurses
All staff are carefully screened and receive specialized hands on training. We work with you to find the VNA caregiver that will be the best match for you.
