Adult Day Program Locations
The VNA’s Adult Day Services are available at the following locations:
- Prim Road in Colchester
- Falcon Manor in Williston
- Grand Way Commons in South Burlington
Our Adult Day Program in Colchester is located in Malletts Bay in the VNA’s building, 1110 Prim Road, Colchester. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (802) 860-4458
Our Williston Adult Day Program is located at 180 Falcon Manor at Blair Park, Williston. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (802) 878-7885
The Adult Day Program specializing in the care of persons with dementia is located at Grand Way Commons, 412 Farrell Street, South Burlington. This site is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The program hours for this location run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (802) 862-6610
