How does VNA protect my privacy?
The VNA is committed to protecting the privacy of your health care information. You can read our Privacy Practices to see how your medical information may be used and disclosed.
How does a patient begin receiving services?
VNA patients can be referred from a physician, a hospital, nursing home, family, friends or self-referral. But, a physician must approve a plan of care before we can provide services.

How can I help out with one of the VNA’s fundraising events?
There are many ways to help out. You can volunteer some time, become a sponsor for one of our events, get your company to become a sponsor for an event, or participate in our fundraising event.
